Free Exposure for Charitable Organizations
Charitable organizations that directly help the citizens of Brevard County are strongly encouraged to submit your mission information and marketing materials to promote the many benefits you offer to our citizens in need.
Your charity's “web-ready” marketing materials should include at least 1,000 words of descriptive text as well as any images, logos, video or other medium that promotes your message to those that wish to help and assist you in your endeavors.
Your marketing materials should include telephone numbers, website linking information, mailing addresses and any other contact information for both monetary donations and volunteering offers as well as information for those-in-need to request assistance.
Your charity is welcome to include a 125x125 pixel ad creative to be used through-out InBrevard.com at our discretion.
National Groups should include information on how to donate for those in need in a particular area – specifically to help Brevard County residents.
All requests must come from a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization and include a tax identification number.
Requests made by email should be submitted from an official email address of the charity. Requests by mail should be submitted on the charity's non-profit letterhead.
If you wish to promote a specific event, your requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks in advance of the event.
Requests from individuals or commercial entities will not be considered at this time. InBrevard.com cannot accept requests to benefit specific individuals or families. We wish to support the non-profit and charitable groups that directly support the individuals of our community.

WYME, Inc. will not accept marketing materials for any charity or organization that, in WYME's opinion and sole discretion, is not in good taste, is dangerous or harmful, is not effective, contains false or misleading claims, or is offensive to any individual or group of individuals based on age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political orientation, or handicap. WYME is not responsible for determining if a charity or organization is ineffective, makes false claims or otherwise should not be accepted, but WYME will reject or remove the material if it knows or learns that the charity or organization does not meet its guidelines.
